To report using Send Feedback within app
To report about any specific issues with the EPG or your remote, please report to us through Send Feedback as shown below.
1. Tap on the Menu on Top right Corner.
2. Tap on "Send Feedback" or 'Report Bug'.
3. Enter required details and send to us so that we can have a better understanding of your issue and thereby assisting you in resolving your issue.
